    18th Annual Columbia Community Harvest

    Let your appetite do the giving while you support local non-profit groups in Florida by dining at any of the seven Columbia Restaurant locations in Florida during the entire month of September. Through the Community Harvest program, The Columbia donates 5% of all guests’ lunch and dinner checks in September to the charitable organizations chosen by their customers.

    Celebra Tu Herencia

    The official Tampa Hispanic Heritage kick off event, Celebra Tu Herencia, is an annual family-oriented celebration of Hispanic culture, food, music, and the Arts.

    Conga Caliente

    Tampa’s premiere and annual celebration, Conga Caliente, celebrates all Hispanic Arts and cultures from around the world. This family-friendly and free event is held in Al Lopez Park and welcomes festival attendees from all backgrounds from all over Florida, United States and international travelers who have made Conga Caliente a tradition. Conga Caliente is Tampa’s number one family festival and is the second largest Hispanic family festival in Florida with an attendance of approximately 40,000 people during the day.

    Latin Fest

    The Mayor's Hispanic Committee's Annual Latin Fest is held downtown and is free to the public. The event is part of the month long Hispanic Heritage Month celebration.

    La Verbena Festival

    A free, family-oriented festival in Centennial Park, La Verbena raises awareness and showcases Ybor City's history along with food, entertainment and cigars. This event will feature venues showcasing the history of Vicente Martinez Ybor, a Spanish immigrant to the U.S. who became a noted industrialist and cigar manufacturer, first in Cuba, then Key West and finally Ybor City.
