Start your journey at the bustling Heights Market at Armature Works, stop along at the vibrant Curtis Hixon park, and continue until you reach Sparkman Wharf

    The 200,000 sq. ft. air-conditioned space has more than 8,000 animals from Florida and beyond. Start in Wetlands Trail with its mangrove forest and large aviary with free flying birds.     ZooTampa at Lowry Park is the nation’s only non-profit hospital and rehabilitation center for injured West Indian manatees, since 1991, hundreds of manatees have been released back into the wild. The Zoo cares for more than 1,000 animals and participates in nearly 100 of AZA’s networks for managing endangered and threatened species, winning awards for its animal conservation programs. The “Roaring Springs” water ride introduces visitors to Florida’s unique environment with a 30-foot soaking plunge!

     

    Busch Garden® Tampa Bay

    BUSCH GARDENS

    Busch Gardens® Tampa Bay is home to ten pulse-pounding roller coasters, plus one of the nation’s largest accredited zoos. Busch Gardens’ newest rides are the Serengeti Flyer, the tallest and fastest ride of its kind, and Iron Gwazi, the fastest and steepest hybrid coaster in the world. Other rides include Falcon’s Fury, at 335 feet (102 meters) it’s the tallest drop-tower in North America, Cheetah Hunt, which sends riders bobbing and weaving like a savannah cat along nearly a mile of track (1.3 km.)
