OPENING SUMMER 2022 - new private and gated motorsports destination in Tampa, conveniently located directly on I-75 at the I-4 interchange and attached to Tampa Executive Airport. Situated on 200 acres, enjoy Florida’s newest performance circuit (designed by acclaimed Formula1 Track designer Hermann Tilke), an 80-acre Off Road Course, two acre Skid Pad (wet) and state-of-the-art 35,000sf Events Center right outside the doors of 300 private “car condos,” thus becoming the largest facility of its kind in the World. Professional Driving Instruction, Autocross, Exotic Sportscar Fleet & Thrill Rides available on the performance circuit, laser timed autocross on the Skid Pad and self-drive experiences on our Off Road Course….or all three, simultaneously.
