Perry Harvey Sr. Park

Perry Harvey Sr. Park is across the street from the Encore buildings and the Navara in downtown Tampa. In partnership with the City of Tampa, this 11-acre park was redeveloped and featured artwork celebrating the history of the former Central Avenue historic African American business district. Historical monuments celebrate local and national historical figures. A new skate park and basketball courts were also added to serve the neighborhood. Perry Harvey Sr. Park opened in March 2016.
