Executive Chef Billy Brannen leads the O-Ku kitchen and draws dish inspiration from his travels to Japan as a Gohan Society Scholar. The menu features traditional sushi, sashimi, and nigiri including Otoro and Uni, along with starters and entrees such as King Crab and Miso Glazed Snapper sourced from premium seafood markets in Tokyo and nearby waterways. Another menu highlight is a robust robata selection, emphasizing traditional Japanese charcoal grilling, with dishes like Steak & Wasabi, Shishito Peppers, and Kinoko. The beverage program includes a unique mix of specialty cocktails alongside imported sake, wines, and local beer selections.
O-Ku includes an outdoor patio for open-air dining, and a private dining room ideal for intimate occasions and special events.
