Le Roots is a commercial greenhouse specializing in leafy greens, herbs and microgreens. We are the city of Tampa's first privately held premium indoor farm, located in the heart of South Tampa; supplying our local restaurants, the Florida Aquarium and our community.

We take pride in upholding a sustainable business, utilizing Mother Nature while taking care of Her. While maintaining sustainability, we strive to provide the most premium (and most beautiful!) product, craftsmanship and an overall quality experience to those we are serving.

In addition, we accommodate the idea of "concierge farming," giving local chefs the opportunity to customize their selections or request specific items they can't find anywhere else or have a hard time sourcing elsewhere.

As well as chefs, we want to bring the same type of experience to our community's dinner tables.
