All meeting space is located on the first floor. Westshore one has a window for natural light. Meeting rooms are close together for mobility for breakout space. Westshore 1,2,3 equipped with projectors screens and audio. Avion 1 has a monitor with a formal boardroom table and chairs. All rooms connect with a preconference area which is all adjacent to our Coast Restaurant and outdoor tables with umbrellas. AV pricing is available.

. For larger groups that need additional meeting space adjacent to Hilton Garden Inn is Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn & Suites all operated by the same management company. See attached floor plans for details of all the meeting space. Adjacent to our meeting space is our parking deck with ample complimentary parking
