A South Tampa gem, Ballast Point Park features a playground, picnic areas, a gazebo, a boat dock, a boat ramp, a splash pad, and brilliant Florida sunrises over the Hillsborough Bay. The 600-foot pier was damaged in 2024 hurricanes and repair/replacement options are being evaluated.
