With a staff of over 50, Visit Tampa Bay strives to promote the city, its partners, conventions, and events. The company is composed of multiple departments, including Marketing, Convention Sales, and Leisure Sales. Each department works hand-in-hand to successfully brand and promote the city for travelers and business.

FRONT DESK COORDINATOR

  • Strong use of technology, i.e., CRM Customized Database, Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Illustrator, and others.
  • Welcoming and transitioning visitors into the office and answer calls from potential clients and visitors.
  • Flexible job functions with an opportunity to grow in responsibilities.
  • Excellent personal interactions with both internal team, stakeholders and external clients.
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of the county and the key destination amenities.
  • Be detail oriented, teamwork focused, and willing to “roll up your sleeves” in order to get the job done.

SALES COORDINATOR

  • Strong use of technology, i.e., CRM Customized Database, Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Illustrator, and others.
  • Support Sales Team with various functions; proposal creation, generate leads, participate in FAMS and Site events, etc.
  • Assist Team administratively by monitoring budget spending and processing invoices, trade show prep,
  • prepare presentations and support with committee meetings.
  • Customer service by receiving inquiries and solving problems. Communicate with Team.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to Visit Tampa Bay's Mission and Goals.
  • Conduct business ethically.
  • Practice diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of doing business.
