1. Rental Agreement: By renting the EnChroma Glasses from Unlock Tampa Bay Visitors Center ("The Center"), the renter agrees to the terms and conditions set out herein.
2. Deposit:
   • A mandatory deposit is required upon picking up the glasses. The deposit amount is determined by the specific model of glasses rented.
   • The deposit will be refunded in full upon the timely return of the glasses in the same condition as they were rented out, subject to inspection by The Center's team.
   • To receive the full deposit back:
     1. The EnChroma glasses must be returned by 6 pm on the date provided when renting. If not returned by this time, the full rental fee will remain on the purchasing method.
     2. Both the carrying case and the glasses must be returned in good condition. Failure to return either item will result in the full rental fee being retained from the deposit.
3. Duration of Rental:
   • The duration of the rental shall be agreed upon at the time of pick-up and shall be clearly indicated on the rental agreement.
   • Renter is obligated to return the glasses by the specified date and time. A late fee, as determined by The Center, may apply for each day or portion thereof that the glasses are returned late.
4. Care and Use:
   • The renter agrees to use the glasses responsibly and in accordance with any provided instructions.
   • The glasses shall not be subjected to any rough handling, immersed in water, or exposed to extreme temperatures.
   • For best results, the glasses are intended for indoor use.
5. Loss or Damage:
   • In the event of loss or damage to the glasses beyond normal wear and tear, the renter shall be responsible for the full retail value of the glasses or the cost of repairs, as determined by The Center.
   • The Center reserves the right to retain the deposit to cover such costs.
6. Cleaning and Hygiene:
   • Glasses must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. If returned in a state deemed excessively dirty by The Center's staff, a cleaning fee may be deducted from the deposit.
   • The Center commits to cleaning and sanitizing the glasses between rentals to ensure the safety and health of all users.
7. Termination:
   • The Center reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and request the immediate return of the glasses if it is believed that the renter is not adhering to these terms and conditions.
8. Liability:
   • The renter acknowledges that the use of the EnChroma Glasses is at their own risk. The Center shall not be held liable for any injury, discomfort, or dissatisfaction arising from the use of the glasses.
9. Amendments:
   • These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. It is the renter's responsibility to be aware of any changes if choosing to rent again in the future.

By renting the EnChroma Glasses, the renter acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
