After meticulous reviews, the anonymous MICHELIN Guide inspectors honored our culinary scene with MICHELIN-Star distinctions bestowed upon Ebbe and Kōsen, adding to Tampa Bay’s growing portfolio of exclusive MICHELIN-Starred eateries. The current MICHELIN-Starred restaurants - Lilac, Rocca, and Koya - retained their Stars. To earn a MICHELIN-Star, restaurants must showcase mastery of flavors and cooking techniques within their cuisine, utilizing quality ingredients and more to receive this esteemed award.

In addition to the Michelin Stars, Tampa Bay welcomed a new Bib Gourmand recipient in Streetlight Taco, while Predalina, Supernatural Food & Wine, and The Pearl earned spots on the guide’s recommended restaurant list. These additions further enrich our local culinary landscape, bringing the total number of esteemed establishments featured in the prestigious Michelin Guide to Florida to 30.
