Each department works hand-in-hand to successfully brand and promote the city for travelers and business.

- Engage with visitors from around the world
- Share information about destination’s attractions, hotels, restaurants, and events
- Interact with merchants and artisans to find unique local products
- Creatively display and relocate merchandise
- Restock inventory
- Assist with activations and events on property and out in the destination
