Celebrate Tampa Bay's oldest bowl game in the heart of its historic Latin Quarter with a parade down Seventh Avenue (La Séptima to locals) featuring floats, more than a dozen marching bands, and the teams from Outback Bowl contenders Auburn University and University of Minnesota. Afterward, take the TECO Historic Streetcar downtown and keep the celebration going with fireworks along the Tampa Riverwalk.

We are kicking off 2020 with our first ever New Year's Eve Laser Light Show! A special Laser Light Show every hour beginning at 9PM with the finale at 12AM! The event is open to the public and free to attend.

The City of Tampa is ringing in 2020 with a brand NEW tradition—the New Yarrgh’s Eve Booty Drop. This free, family-friendly event will feature live entertainment, food and drinks, and a new signature “booty drop” countdown to midnight. See Rivergate Tower come to life with a 3-D mapped, 320ft tall projection of a treasure chest being lowered on the side of the building.
