Creatures of the Night

Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo: Fridays and Saturdays, October 7th - 29th (open until 10:00pm)

Creatures of the Night

Lowry Park Zoo’s Creatures of the Night is an all-new Halloween event that offers eerie adventures for the whole family. Wander into scare zones, encounter animals at night, roam through creepy mazes and come face-to-face with a jack-o-lantern spectacular. Then later join the ghoulish dance party. No horror or gore -- just scares and startles for one and all. And, there is even a trick-or-treat place set aside just for little “boos” and “ghouls.”

Boo & Goo

Glazer Children's Museum: October 22nd - 30th, all day

Glazer Children's Museum

It’s Mythbusters for Kindergarteners! Halloween can be a little scary for young kids so the Museum debunks scary things that go boo and feel like goo! We enlist the help of our resident bubble makers, Boo & Goo, to lead fun science-based programming. We make ooblek, build edible witches hands, invent blubber concoctions and more. Halloween should be a fun time with family and a great place to celebrate is the Glazer Children’s Museum with all things boo and goo!

Also at Glazer Children's Museum:

Halloween Spree

October 31st, 4:00pm - 7:00pm

This spooktackular Halloween Spree is Tampa’s destination for family tricks or treats! Glazer Children’s Museum hosts the premiere safe, indoor, trick-or-treat spot for families on Halloween night. This isn’t your normal trick-or-treat event because it features more than just candy. Families play carnival-style games, win prizes, collect candy from stations, rock out to Halloween tunes and have fun with special guests.
