Creatures of the Night returns with a bigger and better event for ghouls and goblins of all ages! Hoot, howl and hangout as the Zoo transforms into an eerie and immersive Halloween adventure for the whole family. No horror or gore, just spooks and startles for all! This is a Halloween event that doubles as a date night.

Pay for a day, rest of 2017 FREE! Regular priced tickets to the zoo include entry to the event.

A NIGHTMARE ON FRANKLIN ST

Nightmare on Franklin Street

Back by popular demand, Tampa’s most historic – and most haunted – movie palace will present “A Nightmare on Franklin Street” series this October. Now in its freakish fifth year, the series will expand to include ghost tours and special screenings throughout the month, plus 12 nights of back-to-back classic horror films, creepy cult favorites, family-friendly frights, paranormal experiences and spooky special guests, Oct. 20-31.

SESAME STREET® SAFARI OF FUN

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay: Weekends, October 7 - 29

Sesame Street

Elmo, Big Bird and other popular Sesame Street characters make Halloween more fun at Busch Gardens® Tampa Bay, now expanded into four weekends throughout October. Kids can enjoy trick-or-treating, character parades, family-friendly dance parties and fall festival activities and games each weekend. Families can add on to their experience with upgrades including character dining and themed Paint With Me sessions.

RIVERWALK TRICK OR TREAT

Water Works Park to Cotanchobee Park, October 28, 4-7pm

Riverwalk Trick or Treat

Friends of the Riverwalk is proud to announce the 2nd Annual Tampa Riverwalk Trick or Treat Event presented by the Pirate Water Taxi which will be held on October 28th from 4-7pm all along the Tampa Riverwalk. This is a FREE community event where we invite children in costume and their families to come Trick or Treat on the Riverwalk as well as enjoy fun activities. Local organization and business will host candy/treat stations along the path. At the conclusion of the event we will host a movie (Ghostbusters) in Water Works Park thanks to our partners at Friends of Tampa Recreation. Or you can enjoy a family friendly Halloween themed Tampa Bay Lightning watched party in Thunder Alley at Amalie Arena.

As you all enter the alley way leading up to the entrance of the boiler room, you soon discover that one of your friends is now missing. As everyone begins to panic, you all realize that your friend was  kidnapped by a mysterious stranger who has been secretly hiding out in the boiler room and conducting human experiments. You and your friends now have 60 mins to save your friend and escape from the boiler room before they become another failed experiment.
