U-Jam Fitness Class
This class will be held outside at Curtis Hixon Park. Make sure to bring lots of water and the class will only be a 45 min class.
U-JAM Fitness classes in Curtis Hixon Park start at 6pm every Monday, ending by 7pm with fitness instructor Heather Rollert, aka “HI-Rolla,” who is a U-Jam Fitness® and U-coach Instructor, also certified in Zumba® and AFAA. U-JAM Fitness® is an athletic dance fitness workout designed for all fitness levels that combines World Beats with easy to learn steps and high energy music for a workout that will keep your students coming back for more. U-JAM Fitness® takes you around the world from Bollywood to Hip-Hop and Latin to Jazz fused with an “Urban-Hip Hop” flavor and Old School Jams. It is an intense cardio dance workout designed to burn calories, tone your body, and leave you begging for more!
