Join us for a cozy, hands-on 2-hour class where we’ll transform sourdough discard into something truly irresistible: flaky, buttery scones bursting with smoked gouda and fresh green onion — or keep it classic with a vanilla variation!
In this workshop, you’ll:
Learn how sourdough starter works — plus how to feed and care for your own
Mix, shape, and prepare your own batch of savory or plain vanilla scones
Taste freshly baked scones in class
Take home a jar of active sourdough starter, a printable recipe card, and your own ready-to-bake frozen scones
This class is perfect for both sourdough beginners and seasoned home bakers looking to get creative with their discard. Come ready to mix, learn, and enjoy a warm bite of something magical!
Please bring an apron if you have one — disposable aprons will be provided if needed.
