Master the art of home sausage-making and become a mini charcuterist in our sausage-making class.
Andrew Tambuzzo of Tambuzzo Sausage Co. will lead this class. Tambuzzo Sausage Co. is known for its all natural, hand made sausages, craft butchery, and game processing.
On his companys’ Facebook page, Tambuzzo says his “mission is to serve the Tampa Bay community, and beyond, the food and flavor experiences that I have been brought up with. I am inspired by the generations before me and I look forward to sharing my family’s traditions and serving generations to come.”
Tambuzzo plans to teach you how to prep, cut and make sausage. He’ll show you how to do a basic Italian sausage and a stuffed option too.
This class is $25 and will be from 10 AM to 12 PM on Saturday, November 4th.
