Tampa Theatre and Outback Presents welcome Matt McCusker to the Theatre’s historic stage on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2026 for a stop on The Healing Frequency Tour.
McCusker is a comedian, novelist, and actor from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Known as “The Shaman,” Matt is the co-host of the cult comedy show Matt and Shane’s Secret Podcast with Shane Gillis. McCusker’s debut Netflix special, A Humble Offering, premiered in October 2025, quickly hitting the Top 10. As an actor, McCusker has played scene-stealing roles in the Netflix sitcom Tires and the hit web series Gilly & Keeves. Written, produced, and starring McCusker, five shorts in his new animated series have so far been released, directed by Big Mouth’s Frank Gidlewski. McCusker’s debut novel, Overlook: A Story About Drugs, Disappointment, and the American Dream, is a satirical and unflinching look at a blue-collar community in the throes of a missing person case.
