Throughout the five days, all athletes will learn basic fundamentals for Football (non-contact), Baseball/Softball, Soccer, Basketball, Golf, Rock Climbing, Volleyball, and Track. At the end of the camp, we will ask each athlete to tell us their passion (favorite sport). On Friday, we will host a Passion Ceremony where each athlete will announce their passion and receive a certificate. We encourage all parents to attend the Passion Ceremony at 11:45am on July 11th.

We encourage all athletes to bring their own water bottle and snack each day. Make sure to wear close-toed shoes (Sneakers) and prepare for the heat with sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, etc.
