Celtic Celebration  presented by The Florida Wind Band


On Sunday, October 22nd at 4:00 PM in the USF School of Music Concert Hall, The Florida Wind Band will open its 11th season with a Celtic Celebration, a program of music featuring selected works by Malcolm Arnold, Gordon Jacob, Kenneth Alford, Julie Giroux, Scott McAllister, Robert Sheldon, and Haydn Wood; conducted by Dr. John C. Carmichael. You don't need to be a Led Zeppelin fan to be intrigued by Scott McAllister's 'Black Dog', a unique and challenging composition featuring a clarinet solo said to be inspired by the rock band.
Tickets are available through Ticketmaster.com and will be accessible on the day of the concert at the School of Music, Box Office.
The price is $10.00 for students and seniors, $15.00 general admission.

The price is $40 for seniors and students, $60 General Admission
