Heart of Adoptions Alliance, Inc. (HOAA) is hosting its annual gala fundraiser. This year, we are honoring Jeanne Tate, HOAA’s founder and nationally recognized adoption attorney. Proceeds will help recruit families for children in foster care, provide post-placement services for birth mothers, and offer families ongoing adoption support.
