The Florida Aquarium

 

Marketing Manager

Responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of promotions, advertising and marketing events.  Works with the VP of External Relations in implementation of all marketing strategies, tactics, negotiations, programs and subsequent analysis of program effectiveness.  Responsible for marketing budget management.

 

Director of Communications

Responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of all Aquarium communications efforts. Works with the Vice President of  External Relations in implementation of all communications strategies, tactics, negotiations, programs and subsequent analysis  and ROI.  Responsible for communication budget management. Ensures The Florida Aquarium has consistent brand positioning, a strong brand image and exceeds revenue and attendance goals. Supports fundraising, membership, sales, education and other revenue center efforts.  Dedicated to promoting and supporting the aquarium’s mission, vision, values and conservation initiatives. 

 

Assistant Director of Operations

The Assistant Director of Operations is responsible for all of the departmental staff, program, and resource management for the front of house operations department (ticketing, guest services, parking, splash pad, 4D and environmental services areas).  The Assistant Director of Operations directly supervises the Guest Services Supervisors.  This position oversees the expense and revenue budgets for the Operations department and manages attendance and revenue projections and reports.  The Assistant Director of Operations reports directly to Director of Operations and works in conjunction with all departments within the Florida Aquarium as well as outside partners to ensure smooth communication and daily operations.

 

Ticketing Application Support Analyst

The Ticketing Application Support Analyst is responsible for the support, maintenance, and administration of several specific applications for CRM and POS systems.  This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Operations and works in conjunction with other departments within the Florida Aquarium to ensure smooth communication, reporting, and ticketing processes.
