Just 1 Taste of STL owners, Jerome & LaTonya Buggs are St Louis natives who relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 2021. After proudly serving the STL metro area since 1998 in the Catering, Mobile Food, and Restaurant industries, decided we wanted to operate our Food Truck & Catering business in Florida, enjoying the palm trees, beaches & meeting exciting, new people on a daily basis. Our Food Truck offers St Louis BBQ, “Signature” Fried Fish, Chicken, & Pork Chops( all prepared with our private label breading & seasoning), Jumbo Shrimp, Polish Sausage, Vegan Burgers, & side choices including Fried Okra.
