Hybrid Meeting Grant

In support of choosing Tampa for your next event, Visit Tampa Bay has developed the Hybrid Meeting Grant. This special, one-time grant was designed to keep your participants connected while offsetting unanticipated hybrid technology expenses.

Grant awards will be determined based upon the criteria below:

Terms & Conditions

Event must be held within partner facilities and include overnight accommodations prior to December 31, 2023. Event agrees to provide documentation of event registration/participation and fulfillment of sponsorship marketing components. Financial grant will be determined prior to event, and grant payment will be provided at the conclusion of the event. The Hybrid Meeting Grant program may be discontinued at any time without notice and is subject to availability.
