- The Promoter is Visit Tampa Bay.
- The competition closes at 23.59 on 21 February 2020.
- The prize needs to be taken between Monday 29th June – Monday 6th July 2020.
- Dates of stay are subject to availability.
- 1 x economy return flight – Norwich to Tampa
- 6 nights’ accommodation in Tampa
- VIP activities including a welcome meal and riverboat cruise
- Access to sporting events including the Tampa Bay Rowdies vs. Norwich City and Tampa Bay Rays vs. Los Angeles Angels
- There is no cash alternative to the prize.
- The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Prize winners must be over 18 and must be UK residents.
- The competition is not open to employees and their immediate families of the Promoter or any other company involved in this prize promotion.
- One entry per household.
- One winning entry will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be notified by the Promoter via email within 7 days of the competition closing and details of how to claim the prize will be provided.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within one month of such notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
- The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the Visit Tampa Bay Privacy Policy (visittampabay.com).
- The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner(s) arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
