2011 CONCACAF Gold Cup Hola folks! Jerm here with a happy blog post about the victory from the US Men's Soccer National team last night as they opened up the CONCACAF Gold Cup with a 2-0 victory over our friends to the north Canada!

The US Team was powered by a tireless midfield display by Michael Bradley along with two goals from Jozy Altidore and Clint Dempsey! Goalkeeper Tim Howard kept a clean sheet with some fine goalkeeping work late in the game as the US jumped into the Group C lead.

The US along with all of the aforementioned stars from last night will hop on a plane today and head towards our neck of the woods as they look forward to taking on Panama this weekend at Raymond James Stadium! If you haven't already done so folks, be sure to get your tickets as they are still available and we want to show the world how the Tampa Bay Community makes a great atmosphere for a game like this!
