Tampa Bay & Company is pleased to welcome the meetings and conventions that are being held in Tampa Bay from Saturday, Feb. 26 through Friday, March 4.
In all, over 5,200 delegates will attend these meetings and events, which will produce more than 13,400 hotel room nights to create an estimated delegate spending of $4.4 million.
One example of these meetings and conventions is the Commodity Classic, the premier convention and trade show of the American Soybean Association, National Corn Growers Association, National Association of Wheat Growers and National Sorghum Producers.
Approximately 4,000 delegates will attend the conference, being held at the Tampa Convention Center, producing over 10,300 hotel room nights and creating $3.2 million in delegate spending.
This year's trade show will host nearly 900 booths showcasing the latest agricultural equipment, technology, products and services. In addition to walking the trade show floor, participants will also have opportunities to take part in policy discussions, take advantage of networking opportunities, view cutting-edge technological demonstrations and attend learning sessions.
