We know that Tampa is no New York Fashion week, but we’ve got Tampa Bay Fashion Week kicking off today through next week.  If fashion isn't the "Lou to your Boutin" -  is wine? If so, there are plenty of libations to fill your weekend calendar.  Live music in Tampa's newest Water Works Park also kicks off Hispanic Heritage Month.  We’ve picked a few of our top picks, but for the full list of events this weekend in Tampa Bay you can always visit our events website: http://www.visittampabay.com/tampa-events/
