Have you ever heard the saying, “one person’s trash is another person’s treasure?” If you agree then Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo is definitely the place to be this Saturday, May 22 when they host their first-ever yard sale, also known as the “White Elephant Sale.”
Starting with early admission from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. for Annual Zoo Pass member’s only*, an array of collectable and unique items will be available for purchase to the public from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Zoo admission is not required to enter, nor is there Zoo access to the Zoo from the sale.
Shoppers can browse through an assortment of seasonal and holiday décor from events like Wild Wonderland and ZooBoo. It’s a holiday-lovers delight! Shoppers will also have the opportunity to purchase retail fixtures, merchandising supplies and other items only available to the trade. Items may range from a few dollars to several hundred. You won’t want to miss this unique opportunity. Shoppers should enter the sale in the west side of the Zoo's parking lot.
