If you are looking for some things to do in Tampa Bay soon, then look no further! The Florida High School Athletic Association’s state softball championship is coming to Tampa. Each team will be competing for the opportunity to be crowned 2009 FHSAA State Softball Champions.    The annual tournament will be played over 6 days at the Randy Larson Sports Complex in Plant City, Florida from May 11-16.  Head out and cheer your favorite school on! Admission to the event is $8.00 per session.

Schedule:
 
• Monday, May 11 – Classes 1A, 3A semifinal games at noon, 2 p.m., 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
• Tuesday, May 12 – Class 1A championship, 4 p.m.; Class 3A championship, 7 p.m.
• Wednesday, May 13 – Classes 2A, 5A semifinal games at noon, 2 p.m., 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
• Thursday, May 14 – Class 2A championship, 4 p.m.; Class 5A championship, 7 p.m.
• Friday, May 15 – Classes 4A, 6A semifinal games at noon, 2 p.m., 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
• Saturday, May 16 – Class 4A championship, 1 p.m.; Class 6A championship, 4 p.m.
