Mother’s Day Brunch, Pelagia Trattoria
Make-Mom-A-Pancake Station (10 a.m. to 3 p.m.) invites the young chefs in the family to use their culinary creativity to make custom treats just for mom. Before you “flip out”, flapjacks aren’t the only thing rounding out this brunch, expect extravagant carving stations, fancy fresh seafood displays on ice, fresh roasted vegetables, unique imported cheeses, a collection of savory sweets and more. Mother’s Day Brunch, Ocean Prime
Ocean Prime rolls out the red carpet for moms for a special Mother’s Day brunch featuring dishes like Blueberry French Toast, stuffed with cream cheese and topped with powdered sugar, warm maple syrup and smoked bacon. A Braised Short Rib on top of marble potatoes, caramelized onions, roasted peppers, poached eggs with a cabernet Jus. Mother’s Day Menu at Fresh Harvest Marketplace, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino
“Bet” your mom is the best, right? Treat her with a fun day at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino then enjoy a special Mother’s Day menu from Fresh Harvest Marketplace.  The Fresh Harvest culinary team will provide a wide-ranging menu of breakfast items from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., before offering a plethora of lunch/dinner selections from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Some breakfast items include a Cuban-style breakfast “strata” with diced ham, chorizo sausage and Jarlsber cheese; Tiramisu stuffed French toast, Eggs Benedict with capicola and choron sauce and more! Mother’s Day Brunch, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar
Treat mom to a special Mother’s Day brunch at Fleming’s and enjoy a $25 gift card for a future visit.  Brunch items include Baked Brioche French Toast with maple-blueberry syrup layered in vanilla and orange custard, Chantilly cream and grilled sausage. The signature Eggs Benedict, sliced Filet Mignon on smoked salmon served on a tasted English muffin and wilted arugula and Bearnaise sauce. Prime Rib with a trio of sauces (au jus, creamy horseradish and Dijon sauces). Mother’s Day Brunch and Dinner, Capital Grille
Remind mom why you’re her favorite with a special brunch at the Capital Grille featuring a fancy three-course spread.  Mom can choose from starters like fresh oysters on the half shell, shrimp cocktail, lobster crab cakes and more.  For the main dish, Mom has her choice of dishes like The Grille’s Lobster Eggs Benedict, Maine lobster tail with poached eggs on toasted English muffins, topped with Hollandaise, and served with Lyonnaise Potatoes. The Dry Aged Sirloin Hash with Fried Egg and Crisp Onions. Mother’s Day Dinner, Columbia Restaurant
Treat mom to rich cultural dining experience in Ybor City at Florida’s oldest restaurant.  Special Mother’s Day menu items include tapas like Montadito de Jamón y Manchego, fresh-baked Cuban bread brushed with 1905 sauce and topped with vine-ripe tomoatoes, Spain’s famous Serrano ham, Manchego cheese and baked to perfection.  As far as Entrées, the Mahi Mahi “Torremolinos”, boneless fillet of Mahi Mahi grilled and topped with Gulf of Mexico shrimp, sun-dried tomatoes and caper saffron sauce and served with snap peas and yellow rice.
