One of our well-deserving partners was recently a guest on ABC's "Positively Tampa Bay."  Executive Chef John Saxton from Urban Culinary Cuisine Cafe was recognized for his southern culinary holiday traditions, such as collard greens, fried okra, sweet potato pie and his very own "chow-chow", which is a homemade vinegar pepper sauce to accompany his collard greens.  "Positively Tampa Bay" follows ABC Action News and is hosted by ABC Community Affairs Director Lissette Campos.

Urban Culinary Cuisine Cafe is located in New Tampa's Cross Creek Center and specializes in southern cuisine.  Everything is cooked fresh and made-to-order!  You simply can't go wrong with anything on their menu!  Not in the New Tampa area?  No need to worry, they cater!  Chef John and his wife, Rose, will bring the good stuff to you.

Check out their website for their catering and cafe menus, and stay tuned in for more Tampa Bay dining related updates!
