An annual outdoor festival in downtown Tampa on the first Friday, Saturday & Sunday in January to watch the oldest intercollegiate sporting event, rowing races, on the Hillsborough River.

Lanterns will be launched on the river to remember children who lost their lives and to honor those who survive. Proceeds to benefit the Children's Dream Fund.
