Hello folks... Julian back here. This time it is all about ice cream: Guests of Tampa’s Museum of Science & Industry (MOSI) on Saturday, July 17, will enjoy a cool treat again this year in honor of National Ice Cream Month. Blue Bell Ice Cream will be serving ice cream samples, free with MOSI admission (while supplies last), from 11am to 2pm in the Grand Lobby.
As they enjoy their ice cream, guests will observe MOSI’s InterActors demonstrate the Science of Freezing with their Cryo freezing demonstration, using liquid nitrogen.
The newest flavor to join the Blue Bell family, Caramel Kettle Crunch, will be featured. This creation combines the slightly sweet, slightly salty crunch of “kettle corn” with creamy ice cream and a silky caramel swirl. For those who prefer something more traditional, Blue Bell’s most popular ice cream, Homemade Vanilla, will also be available.
For more information call 813-987-6000 or go to www.mosi.org and click on “What’s Happening.” MOSI is located in at 4801 E. Fowler Ave., across from the USF Sun Dome. And of course, check back soon for more stuff about our US Soccer Team and the FIFA World Cup USA!
