- The Amazing Spider Man Truck Tour (June 7): With all the hype around the new Spiderman movie, the “Secrets Unmasked” truck tour is turning Wal-Mart’s parking lot into Peter Parker’s playground. The truck tour will include: a PlayStation 3 gaming center, give-a-ways, and a climbing wall. It’s all FREE at 19910 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa FL 33547.
Rock the Park at Curtis Hixon Park (June 7): The first Thursday of every month 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm, Curtis Hixon Park is rocking—for FREE! This laid back concert provides talented artists, stadium styled seating, food and drinks, and a lively atmosphere on the waterfront that you can’t miss. Show is located at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park on 600 Ashley Drive in Tampa, FL.
Screen on the Green: Raiders of the Lost Ark at Curtis Hixon Park (June 8): Presented by Kahwa Coffee, Screen on the Green will be showing the 1980’s classic, Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark. Movie showing is located at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park at 8-8:15 pm. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs, so you can enjoy the relaxing bay breeze and a FREE movie. Kahwa Coffee will be selling iced and hot coffee products, fruit slushies and pastries, cookies and other sweets. Popcorn, candy and food trucks with also be available.
Water Ski Show (June 9): More than 100 skiers of all ages will perform mouth-dropping theatrical water shows—for FREE! All performances include barefoot, jump, ballet, adagio and pyramid acts. This water ski show is comparable to those seen at Cypress Gardens, and it also features a New Frontier Show. Located at 130 Burbank Road, Oldsmar FL 34677, this will be thrilling for all ages!
- Ybor City Saturday Market at Centennial Park (June 9): Only open on Saturday’s, Ybor City Saturday Market at Centennial park is a unique shopping experience. You’ll find fresh produce, gourmet foods and sauces, fresh baked breads, prepared foods, herbs and plants, pet treats, honey, fine cigars, unique gifts, photography, artwork, jewelry, woodworking, bath and body products, candles and so much more! Parking and admission is FREE, and pets are welcome.
