Lisa here with a fun Tampa Bay Area Event that is sure to tickle your taste-buds.

The Holland America cruise line is partnering with St. Joseph's Children's Hospital, and CCRG to host an afternoon of food and fun. It's time for the 4th annual Cruising to a Cure!

They are having a battle for Tampa Bay's Top Chef. Chefs from Cafe Dufrain, Ciro's Speakeasy and Timpano Chophouse will be competing for the Top Chef title! They will have fifteen minutes to prepare and present a signature dish, that will then be judged by several highly qualified individuals. What a fun way to experience Tampa Bay Dining!

The setting of this event is ms. Ryndam the Holland America cruise ship. They have a set that resembles something you would see on the Food Network. There is stadium seating, and a camera that allows the audience to experience all of the action.

After the competition, the guests will be served a four course lunch, with wine service. There will also be silent and live auction items available.

Now for the meaty details. Cruising to a Cure is on Sunday November 7th from 10am -2pm. And like I said before it is going to take place on the Holland America cruise ship that is located at terminal 3 in Channelside. Tickets are $75 and sponsorships start at $500. All of the proceeds benefit Children's Cancer Research Group. This group funds research at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital. St. Joseph's is the only community hospital in Florida, and one of the only non-university hospitals in the United States to have a pediatric cancer research center.
