Hey everyone!  Travis back with more great things to do in Tampa Bay!  The Florida Orchestra has plenty to keep you entertained, including the Russian Extravaganza, with Alastair Willis as the conductor.

Here's the scoop on the event: Alastair Willis conducts this morning concert that features Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture, Rimsky-Kosakov’s Russian Easter Overture, and Rachmaninoff’s Vocalise.

All of the coffee Concert programs offer a pre-concert talk about the music and the composers in the concert hall beginning one hour prior to curtain.  Concertgoers are invited to attend a pre-concert conversation one hour before the concert. (AND...complimentary coffee and donuts will be served)

It all happens on Thurs, Apr 8 at 11 am at the Progress Energy Center for the Arts - Mahaffey Theater.  Tickets are $24, $29, $34, $42...so there's a price for everyone.
