One of our very favorite restaurateur and Columbia Restaurant president Richard Gonzmart invites everyone to join him for his annual 5K run/walk through Tampa’s historic Latin Quarter, Ybor City. Proceeds from the race benefit a cause close to Richard’s heart, Sarcoma research and guests won’t want to miss the post-race feast by Columbia Restaurant. Tampa Bay Veg Fest | Tampa’s Cotanchobee Fort Brooke Park | Saturday, Nov. 8 | 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Back for its fifth year, Tampa Bay Veg Fest is back and expecting more than 4,000 people that attended last year. Veteran’s Day Deals at Tampa Attractions
The below Tampa attractions will be offering discounted or FREE admission for Military personnel (retired, active and veterans) and families to honor Veterans on Tuesday, November 11th. All the details below…
Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo
Military personnel (retired, active and veterans) and three direct dependents will get FREE admission to the Zoo from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
MOSI (Museum of Science and Industry)
All active and retired military personal, EMTs, firefighters and police officers get in the museum for a discounted rate of $5 Friday, Nov. 7 through Tuesday, Nov. 11.
Glazer Children’s Museum
Members of the Military with ID and their families get in FREE to the museum on Tuesday, November 11.
All veterans, active duty, reservist or National Guard can get two FREE tickets to the aquarium on Tuesday, November 11. Additional family members (up to 4 people) get half-priced admission. 9:30 a.m. through 5 p.m.
