    This summer, volleyball players that don’t want to make the trek to the beach can get their game on at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park , where a temporary beach volleyball court has been installed.     National Trails Day is this Saturday, June 1, and Camp Bayou is celebrating by giving Tampa Bay a chance to explore the great outdoors and paddle the bayou! From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Camp Bayou will be hosting free nature activities, guided canoe tours and a variety of games and contests on over 160 acres of wilderness. Guided canoe tours are $25 or a $5 donation for those who bring their own canoe or kayak. Lunch will also be offered for $5. Camp Bayou is located at 4140 24 th St., in Ruskin.
