    An ancient Chinese tradition takes over Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo starting Feb. 28 when Zoominations comes to Tampa Bay. Workers from the Sechuan province of China, home to the lantern festival, arrived earlier this month to begin building their illuminated sculptures throughout the zoo.     Starting at 9 a.m. today, lightning -- as in the Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team -- will strike one driver a day leaving the Main Terminal or Economy Parking garage at Tampa International Airport . Each day through April 5, one driver will be chose at random from the thousands passing through the exit toll gate to win a voucher for tickets to a Lightning home game at Amalie Arena .     Tampa Bay's first gay pride parade in more than a decade gained an important sponsor this week -- the City of Tampa. Mayor Bob Buckhorn reversed a 2009 city ban on sponsoring events and agree to let the city contribute to the event set for March 28. The city will cover $35,000 of city services -- paramedics, police and post-parade clean up. The original cost was $64,000.
