Brand Standards & Culture Training Manager
Hotel training experience required
Job Overview:
-Plan implement, coordinate and/or present corporate training programs in accordance with current Hilton requirements including harassment-free workplace, diversity, new team member orientation, communication, leadership and service series and related training to meet specific departmental needs.
-Review hotel training and update as necessary. Analyze current training needs for the hotel departments and individuals and make recommendations as needed. Develops or researches training for specific hotel needs.
-Track, input, maintain and audit all individual employee training records of in house programs including department orientation records for new hires on a computer system.
-Administer information regarding Trac Tip Program.
-Oversee and monitor all departmental training programs, i.e., Alcohol Awareness, Fod Safety etc, by conducting audits and making recommendations for compliance. Monitor educational assistance program.
-Plan and conduct meetings with department managers, trainers and employees to review performance trends, develop action plans and give recognition. Monitor non-exempt performance reviews.
- Develop annual training calendar. Compile monthy and quarterly reports of training activity.
-Conduct necessary analysis to assess specific departmental and training needs.

Executive Meeting Manager

Description:
Responsible for the establishment of new accounts and maintaining existing relationships with corporate and social accounts while consistently striving to maximize revenue and promote relationships through effective negotiation of services. - Ensures that contracts, menus, letters and reports are completed according to standards and policies. Re-book functions and follow-up with customers by sending a thank you.
- Compiles Food and Beverage report on conventions. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
- Prepares and presents Catering forecasts and reports as required.
- Must have 2-3 years experience in Catering Sales, preferably in the Hospitality Industry.
- Must have extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage etiquette, guest relations and service standards.
-Must always be ready to anticipate client and guest needs well in advance.
-Ability to analyze customer needs and negotiate pricing.
-Provide a problem free experience for our clients while providing the highest standards of service without sacrificing quality.

Good communication skills both verbal and written. Ascertain departmental training needs and provide such training. Direct performance of staff and follow up with corrections when needed. Input and access information in the property management system/computers/point of sales system. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
Desirable-College degree. Previous supervisory experience. Previous guest relations training.
General Maintainence Person
Responsible for maintaining the general condition of the property with regards to all aspects of basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical and painting work. Complete maintenance request work orders from all departments on a timely basis. Participate in the preventive maintenance program for all building equipment and rooms. Complete other special projects assigned periodically by the Chief Engineer.
Qualifications- Minimum 1 (one) year experience as a commercial electrician or in other trade (plumbing, HVAC etc.) Working knowledge of all electrical supplies and equipment. Knowledge of proper chemical handling and disposal. Good understanding of the English language.6. Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Desirable- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training. Certification or completion of seminars for specialized training. Ability to perform basic carpentry skills.
Accounting Receivable Clerk
Responsible for the accurate reviewing, balancing and posting of all direct billings, credit card charges and payments; balancing accounts receivable daily; preparation of daily invoices on all city ledger accounts; and preparation, organization and filing of all reports in accordance with management company's accounting and credit policies and procedures.

PBX Operator
Receive and transfer all incoming telephone calls to the correct destination.
Qualifications-Able to communicate accurately and effectively in verbal and written form with guests and associates so as to respond accurately and completely to people to give directions instructions, information, answer questions and provide service required. Be able to tell time for wake up calls. Communicate accurately, efficiently and clearly to assist guests over the telephone. Sit for long periods of time. Understand and efficiently operate the PBX equipment. Understand and efficiently operate computer system. Type 40-50 words per minute. Accurate spelling. Take accurate phone messages.
Desired-Previous experience in PBX. Knowledge of telephone system. Ability to suggestively sell. Ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers. Previous guest relations training.
Sales Coordinator
Assist the sales teams by accurately and efficiently performing the execution of paperwork and coordination of details. Providing assistance in the sales process by qualifying and booking pop up inquiries when appropriate.
