This position requires a highly skilled individual with knowledge of media buying and promotions implementation to work closely with MOSI staff, Board members, volunteers, sponsors and donors as well as the general public.
•Create and implement new MOSI promotions designed to increase attendance and generate gate, retail and other revenues.
•Coordinate and/or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with advertisers to market attraction as a must see attraction and must do programs.
•Identify and assist with the solicitation of in-kind advertising sponsor's for major events, such as but not limited to Festival of Chocolate, MAD Events, EOFW and NHSOY.
•Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies for various advertising campaigns and events.
•Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts.
•Measure the effectiveness of marketing and advertising strategies during and after campaign
•Attend staff meetings to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, and pricing of company advertising campaigns.
•Seek and provide information to help company determine their position in the marketplace.
•Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
•Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting advertising placement.
•Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
•Assist with annual budget development.
•Bachelor's degree and two years in media buying preferred
•Educational requirements may be substituted by a combination of specialized training and experience
•Strong leadership skills, creative self starter, enthusiastic, experienced working with volunteers
•Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
•Extremely detailed and organized
•Excellent verbal and written skills; public speaking experience preferred

The Leasing Agent has to lease apartments to prospective residents and provide customer service to existing residents. The position requires answering telephone inquiries and greeting residents and prospective residents in a professional, friendly manner. Leasing Agent has to process prospective resident's applications, complete and process lease agreements, including collection of fees. This position has to complete move-in details and also conduct move-in inspections with residents. It is expected from the Leasing Agent to enter information in computer system, process lease renewals, follow up on service requests and maintain resident files. The position requires a minimum of high school education, computer literacy, telephone/radio usage, good communication and organizational skills and minimum one year customer service / sales experience.
