1. FREIGHT ACCESS – Twenty-two (22) covered bays are accessible on the exhibit hall level. Entrance into the exhibit hall is available through three freight doors which measure 14' x 25', 20' x 25' and 30' x 25'. The first floor loading dock houses four bays to service the meeting rooms and ballroom. A 10' x 20' 10,000-pound freight elevator connects the two (2) levels.

2. ELECTRICAL SERVICES – All utility services are delivered through flush mounted floor boxes on a 30' x 30' grid and provide 120 volt, 1 phase, 20 amps and 120/208 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire with ground, 1 receptacle, 100 amps. There are 208/480 volt, 3 phase, 100 amp services at hand 90' on center within the 30' grid.

3. LIGHTING AND PRODUCTION – Computerized lighting allows zoning into different light levels of illumination in the exhibit hall. Extensive rigging configurations are on hand in the exhibit hall. Rigging points in meeting rooms and the ballroom are available on the air wall tracks.

4. TELECOMMUNICATIONS – Tampa Convention Center is able to deliver high-speed Internet access utilizing Broadband over Power Line (BPL). The system can support a variety of services such as local area networking, wireless access points and VoIP telephony. Information is efficiently and effectively protected for fast and secure data communications.

5. WATER/COMPRESSED AIR – A drain is located at each floor box in the exhibit hall. Domestic water and compressed air are available 90' on center within 30' grid.

6. TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING – Transportation in and around downtown is easy and versatile.  Our streetcar system will take you to and from Ybor City and the trolley cars will take you throughout downtown and Hyde Park.  Public buses and cabs are also at your service. Parking is easily accessible with 450 spaces in Tampa Convention Center's garage and 5,000 additional spaces within a four block radius.

7. SALES AND MARKETING – To schedule anything from a meeting for 10 to a convention for thousands, all space confirmation, pricing and contracting is handled through the sales and marketing department. 

8. CONVENTION SERVICES – Once your conference is contracted, a convention services manager will be appointed to your event. The convention services manager will be your key contact throughout the planning and the execution of your meeting.

9. FOOD AND BEVERAGE – Unique cafes, a waterfront restaurant, and premier catered events are provided by ARAMARK, Tampa Convention Center's exclusive caterer.  Four cafes are located within the exhibit hall and an additional one is just outside the hall.

10. AUDIOVISUAL – All your audiovisual needs can be supplied on property through our Audiovisual department located in the business center on the third floor. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of service by the most enthusiastic and flexible team in the industry.

11. EXHIBIT SERVICES – Exhibit Services will handle all individual exhibitor requests including, but not limited to, utility needs, telecommunications, Internet access and booth cleaning. The services are exclusively provided by Tampa Convention Center. Order forms and more information are available on our Web site.

12. SECURITY – Our Security Department will provide your group with the highest level of security through their professionally trained personnel.

13. GUEST SERVICES – The desk at Tampa Convention Center is located on the first floor just inside the Franklin Street entrance and is staffed whenever your group is in session. Both welcoming and knowledgeable, they will provide guests with directions and maps, make dining reservations and much more.

14. BUSINESS CENTER – If you need an office away from home, visit "cybercenter" which is located on the third floor just outside the entrance to the West Hall. Business services include high-speed digital copying, faxing services and printing. Comfortable computer workstations accept most Ethernet laptops for printing both laser and color copies.  Internet access is available.

15. JAVAZONE – a cyber cafe – proudly brewing Starbucks coffees. A waterfront cafe featuring both indoor and outdoor seating, JavaZone is located on the first floor just inside the Channel Entry. The menu includes a variety of Starbucks coffees, gourmet breakfast bakeries, salads, artisan sandwiches, and daily specials.  Computer users with wireless access on their laptops or PDA's can surf the net, check e-mails, and share files while enjoying lunch or a snack along with their favorite Starbucks coffees.

16. TASTE OF YBOR – Located on the third floor just outside the exhibit hall, this cafe serves local Cuban fare.
