The Tampa Bay Convention and Visitors Bureau offers the following services to representatives of travel and news media:

Provides background information on the Tampa Bay area including attractions, accommodations, restaurants, meetings and conventions, shopping, entertainment, arts and culture, sports, history and travel-related services and trends.
Provides fact-checking services for stories pertaining to the Tampa Bay area.
Provides on-line photo library.
Coordinates one-on-one research and/or assignment visits for print and electronic media both nationally and internationally. Acts as a liaison with the community.
Offers the Media VIP Passport to qualified media who are on assignment researching Tampa Bay and its attractions.
Organizes press trips for small groups.
