WIN FREE Tickets to the Florida State Fair & Fun Things To Do This Week in Tampa Bay

Happy Monday!
Who am I kidding? Like most of you, I hate Mondays (queue the double thumbs down). Nothing is worse than having to get up and get motivated after having a super fun weekend full of not sitting in your office chair.  So, since Mondays suck for most of us, I figured I would enlighten you with some fun things to do this week and weekend in Tampa Bay.  I know you are used to hearing from me on Thursday or Friday with my top tens or my fun weekend things to do, but this Monday I figured I would switch it up a bit. Hey! Just trying to help get you through the week people… you’re welcome.

Let’s see….
Like FREE stuff? Well, lucky you! Today we launched a facebook contest to give away tickets to the Florida State Fair, just head over to our Visit Tampa Bay facebook page and click on the “enter to win” tab and submit your email or you can just click http://woobox.com/qwooma. Oh, and you have to “like” our facebook page as well (you better like it already…. just saying).  We will randomly pick (3) winners to win a family 4-pack of tickets.
The Florida State Fair opens THIS THURSDAY through Feb. 17th and all I can say is…. It’s going to be a grand ol’ time y’all! If you thought the fried Oreos and Krispy Kreme donut burger were “sweet” last year, well… this year, believe it or not, they have outdone themselves….again!  I don’t think you are ready for this… New this year, the Ramen Noodle Burger, Bacon Maple Funnel Cake, Cotton Candy Funnel Cake and many more tasty surprises! Whaaaat!? Don’t worry there will be another blog with more details on these treats and a recap of all of my favorite things to do at the fair this year.  Lastly, my biggest tip to you would be to get your ride wristbands in advance at your local Tampa Bay Walgreens stores (you will save lots of dough $$$ trust me).
