What's Going on This Weekend in Tampa!!!

Well gang, it seems like another week has past us by without blinking. This should be another doozy of a weekend as there are a good number of Tampa Bay area events going on. You may even see me at a few of these, as I plan to be out and about enjoying the Tampa Bay nightlife! Without further ado...lets hop right into it!

Einstein on Food & Wine (Tomorrow) - Join the Museum of Science & Industry (MOSI) as they host a casual evening of wine tasting, food sampling, silent auction, entertainment and fun with more than 100 vintners and restaurants. Tickets are still available, so be sure to get yours!

Taste of the Riverwalk (Tomorrow) - This is going to be a pretty cool event, as our friends over at Gourmet Trek, take you on a food and dining tour of the Riverwalk here in Tampa! This is going to be one of the coolest events of the weekend!

Neal McCoy Concert (Tonight) - The Dallas Bull hopes to host another sellout crowd with the legendary soundings of Neal McCoy on February 19, 2010. With over 20 years in the business and an extensive resume of recordings, McCoy is no stranger to accolades such as Top Ten hits and gold albums. Be sure to get your tickets!

Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo (Tomorrow) - The Zoo School at Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo will hold an open house to introduce families whose children are eligible to enter kindergarten in August 2010 to the Zoo’s private, on-site kindergarten class. This accredited program features a strong science curriculum and environmental literature that meets Florida Sunshine State Standards.  Meet the staff and learn about this one-of-a-kind experience.  For more info, email Jennifer.Bacon@lowryparkzoo.com.

David A Straz Center for the Performing Arts

Shades of Greatness: Art Inspired by Negro Leagues Baseball - Art inspired by baseball's Negro leagues has come to Tampa by way of the traveling exhibition , which will be displayed through April 25 at the Tampa Bay History Center. This is an amazing exhibit and I encourage everyone to check it out.
