Tampa Bay’s weeklong PGA TOUR event, the Tampa Bay Championship, tees off March 11 at Innisbrook, a Salamandar Golf & Spa Resort. Follow the players and be as close as possible to the action on the Copperhead Course, recently rated the #3 Best Florida Course by Golf Week.

Luke Donald, the world’s number-one player for much of 2012 and currently ranked #3 in the world, is the defending champion. A list of players expected to participate can be found here.

Monday, March 11                                                    Chi Chi Rodriguez Academy Pro-Am (FREE)

Tuesday, March 12                                                   Professional Practice Rounds (FREE)

Wednesday, March 13                                            Tampa Bay Championship Pro-Am

Thursday, March 14 – Sunday, March 17      Tampa Bay Championship Rounds 1-4

Advanced tickets are $30 (until March 10) and can be purchased at Publix or TampaBayChampionship.com ($40 at gate tournament week). Weekly Tickets are $65 and other ticket packages, such as the Hooters Owl’s Nest on the 17^th hole, are available. Children 15 and under are free with a ticketed adult throughout tournament week.
