Corporate Responsibility Assistance

Tampa Bay & Company's Sales and Services staff members can assist in setting aside a morning or afternoon during your agenda for attendees to participate in a planned project for a local charity or arrange for attendees to make a donation of goods or money for a local not-for-profit organization that aligns with the mission and vision of the association.

For instance, Tampa Bay & Company and the Religious Conference Management Association teamed up for the 2011 RCMA Annual Conference to work with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central & Northern Florida to help "Grant a Wish" for a young child with a life-threatening medical condition. As a result, a donation was made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation to FULLY COVER the cost to grant one child's wish.

We would recommend that you work closely with our Sales and Services staff and the United Way to ensure that the charity represents the mission and vision of your organization and that your attendee's experience is commensurate with your goals.
